REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services for the 2022 Investigation and Engineering Services - Donaldson and Seeling Channel Project Areas.  Statements of Qualifications from interested firms (Respondents) are being accepted in connection with this Project, which will require the scope of services to be performed by a qualified professional engineer or engineering firm (Consultant).  The goals of this project are to identify, the location, source and the cause(s) of pavement and/or trench failures along, and in the vicinity of, the C-12 Donaldson and Seeling Channel Area and to furthermore develop and compare options to address the cause(s), and make recommendations for improvements base on cost benefit analysis.
