The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services for the 2021 Water Main Designs Project. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms (Respondents) are being accepted in connection with this Project, which will require the scope of services to be performed by qualified professional engineering firms. The selected professional engineering firms shall provide engineering services, which will entail planning, engineering evaluations, studies, reports, preliminary engineering, design, bid, construction, start-up/commissioning, and overall project management services for the design and construction of the Projects.
SAWS will select one (1) or more consultants to provide professional engineering design and construction services for the Project(s).
