2020 Governmental Engineering Design Services
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering design services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in connection with the 2020 Governmental Engineering Design Services Contract, which will include the rehabilitation and replacement of small and large diameter water and/or wastewater facilities for unspecified projects which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant(s) or consulting firm(s) on a work order basis. It is anticipated that SAWS will award four (4) contracts as a result of this RFQ. Respondents should have familiarity working on joint bid and non-joint bid SAWS projects within the City of San Antonio (COSA), Bexar County, Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), and San Antonio River Authority right-of-way and other governing agencies.
