Utility Service Regulations
Announcement: August 30, 2023
SAWS is working to update the Utility Service Regulations made effective on April 4, 2023. Currently the Utility Service Regulations establish the policies governing service extension to customers of SAWS water, sewer and recycled water utilities. The updates envision the addition of new topics important to utility operations. For more information, and to read draft revisions when they are made available, please visit wateringrules.com.
The current Utility Service Regulations were approved by SAWS Board of Trustees on April 4, 2023. The updated regulations are available for download below:
