The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is Requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) from vendors to provide commercial-off-the-shelf compensation management software. The software package should include implementation services, training and maintenance support and be capable of:
1. Automating compensation survey gathering and analysis, as well as SAWS survey participation.
2. Providing benchmarking information to assist with market pricing.
3. Facilitating benchmark analysis and reporting.
4. Updating market pricing for benchmark jobs on an annual basis.
