The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services to update and calibrate hydraulic models of wastewater collection and transmission systems for two (2) of its major wastewater basins. A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ from the interested firms (Respondents) are being accepted to continue the efforts of SAWS’ capacity assessment and planning of its wastewater infrastructure which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firm.
