Northeast Operations Center Design-Build Project

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from interested Design-Build (DB) firms to design and construct one (1) new operations center including the associated remediation and demolition of an existing building and site elements of the existing Northeast Operations Center (NEOC), which comprise SAWS’ Northeast Operations Center Design-Build Project. The new Operations Center will not only serve as office space for field operations staff, but also function as a dispatch center for various types of work crews. This request for qualifications (RFQ) invites Respondents to submit SOQs describing in detail their technical and financial qualifications to serve as the DB firm for the Project.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on October 6, 2020 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Be advised that firms responding to this RFQ are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, or COSA officials regarding this RFQ up until the contract is awarded.

Proposals will be received electronically via SAWS’ secure FTP site until 2:00 PM (CT) on October 19, 2020.
