San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids in providing non-emergency and emergency response and remediation services for the characterization, packaging, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, special waste, and material found abandoned.  The objective of the resulting contract is to provide SAWS with routine and emergency response services for special waste and potentially hazardous materials spills including the required cleanup activities and removal of contamination from spill areas.  Once the material is removed, the Contractor will treat and dispose of hazardous wastes adhering to local, state and federal rules for treatment and disposal of the wastes.
