The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to purchase plastic barricades and traffic control devices purchased under this contract will be utilized to insure the safety of San Antonio Water System (SAWS) workers during street closure. This specification covers plastic polyethylene barricades in accordance with Texas Department of Transportation Barricade and Construction Standards BC Notes – 95 or the latest revision thereof.
