San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a Software as a Service (SaaS) that delivers a comprehensive Tuition Management solution for Human Resources business unit. The software shall provide a service that allows employees to apply for SAWS Education Assistance Program. It shall provide the ability to enter education and certification programs, capture academic details and track the employees’ progression throughout such programs. The software shall provide an authorization workflow that meets the needs of SAWS and must be able to accommodate changes throughout the time. The system shall also generate emails to approvers and applicants informing them of the application status. The software shall provide reimbursement details for each item within each individual application/program. The software shall be able to generate reports based on different parameters within the software data. The software must generate a CSV or comma-delimited data file with applicants’ reimbursements information that can be seamlessly consumed through SAWS Lawson HR/Payroll system to process reimbursement payments.
