SAFETY CULTURE ASSESSMENT
The San Antonio Water System is committed to developing a long-term approach to improving workplace safety. SAWS is currently pursuing proposals from qualified firms to conduct an organization-wide Safety Culture Assessment in order to benchmark SAWS against best-in-class organizations, highlight our current strengths and areas of opportunity, and assist in developing a 3 to 5 year strategy to achieve and sustain best in class safety performance.
The contract term will be for a period of one (1) year. The assessment should be finalized within three (3) to five (5) months.
