San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking the assistance of a professional creative development/ marketing agency to assist staff in addressing a variety of roles such as developing an annual strategic communications/marketing plan to reach key stakeholders; implementing major components of its communication plan, adapting /developing creative concepts and messaging, developing and executing advertising campaigns, strategic messaging, assistance with paid media coordination, events coordination, and social/emerging media consultation. SAWS is accepting proposals from qualified agencies in the San Antonio metropolitan area to continue and expand these efforts to reach key stakeholders regarding programs that SAWS is implementing. The firm hired will perform a specific set or scope of services which are highlighted in this package. They may also be asked to assist in other project related matters that are not specifically covered in the scope of services.
