San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing request for qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services for the De Zavala Elevated Storage Tank Project. Statements of qualifications (SOQ) from interested firms (Respondents) are being accepted in connection with this project, which will require the scope of services to be performed by a qualified professional engineering firm. The selected professional engineering firm (Consultant) will provide engineering  services entailing planning, engineering evaluations, studies, reports, design, bid, construction services and overall project management for the construction of a 2.5 million gallons (MG) composite elevated storage tank (EST), future pump station, and storm water tank drainage connected to an existing storm sewer. The new tank site will be within approximately four (3.923) acre site on unplatted land located at Indian Woods San Antonio, TX 78249.

The anticipated services will include civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, tunnel engineering, project management, investigation, topographic survey services, subsurface utility engineering, design, construction management, project coordination, preliminary engineering, final design, and other engineering services as necessary for this project.
